A constable posted at Wajitpur police station in Darbhanga was brutally beaten up by people. The reason was that he was caught in an objectionable situation with a girl. People not only beat the constable brutally but also made a video of the incident and made it viral on social media. In the video, it was seen that some youths entered a room by breaking the door. After this, they started abusing the constable and the girl. When the constable tried to stop them, they started beating them mercilessly. The girl kept pleading to let her go but no one listened.
Investigation orders also issued against the accused constable
Regarding this viral video, Darbhanga SSP Jagunath Reddy said that he has also received this video. The authenticity of this video is being investigated. The people involved in the fight are being identified. Some people are being questioned. Investigation has also been ordered against the accused constable. Further action is underway in the case.
Some young men started misbehaving with both of them
People say that the constable was in a room with a girl. Meanwhile, local youths forcefully entered there and started misbehaving with both of them. The youths alleged that the constable was in an objectionable condition with the girl. Before the constable could present his side, the youths beat him and brought him out of the room. When the girl tried to save him, she was also beaten up. It is being told that the constable was in the girl’s house. And, the people who beat him were the girl’s family members.
